Cancellation Policy:
Please notify us of cancellation as soon as possible as the pension has very strict cancellation terms.
- to 40 days before beginning of stay - 5% from total price of services.
- 40 - 28 days before beginning of stay - 30% from total price of services.
- 27 and less days before beginning of stay - 100% from total price of services.

In case of dissatisfaction the pensions services you are obligated to inform the management immediately. When you will not do this immediatelly, you lose any other possibillity to solve this reclamation.
